Project Documentation:
Reflection:
First project mainly focuses on introducing project management to the students, when it was first introduced, the lecturer briefed us about why we should learn project management as an architect, it is crucial to understand what we designed are in control to be successfully executed. In a team of 6, we took up different roles to conduct mock CCM, throughout the meetings we started to understand how project management are conducted, then towards report part we took responsibilities of our own roles and documented the data required for the proposal. It was quite interesting to be involved in other professions and briefly understand other consultants' roles.
